Hotel Canoe and Suites

"My wife and I travel to Banff once a year now, and we’ve tried out many other hotels and none compare to the Canoe! We have made it our #1 choice because the staff is super friendly and accommodating. The hot tub is outstanding. And Sudden Sally’s is always excellent. Never been disappointed. Props to the staff and kitchen. We will continue to make this our destination on our future trips to Banff!"

"Rooms were pretty nice but the hallways were pretty dark and old with carpet stains and poor lighting. The hot tub was under maintenance."

"Enjoyed our stay, loved the hot pool and Sauna and Spa on the property. Provided us with bus passes for our entire stay which was very useful. Received complimentary Bottle of Sparking Wine for our honeymoon stay."

"I do not like when any hotel charges me for amenities like the pool or hot tub. And also for parking. I do not have an option. There is no other place to park and there is no way to opt out of the pool and hot tub.. Just include these amenities into the price total rather than when I’m booking at the front desk."

"We had a great stay at Tunnel Mountain Resort! The place was clean and comfortable, and the peaceful surroundings made it perfect for a relaxing getaway. The location is convenient for exploring Banff, and we really enjoyed our time here. Would definitely recommend!"

"Clean room with kitchen amenities. Could easily make a sandwich or have toast if wanted to skip paying for breakfast/lunch. 10 minute walk into Banff centre so away from the busy part but with great restaurants within a 1 or 2 minute walk of the hotel. Great access to all areas Parking was easy and bus stop right outside the hotel"
