Better then any 5star or even Disney resorts but expensive as I guess we booked last min but worth all and every thing

Brilliant hotel

Our 4th visit to the Akena and we honestly cannot fault it. Seamless check in, friendly staff, room and corridors are always spotless! Parking at a charge but it being secure and under ground is perfect! Can’t wait to come back :)

Fab hotel

The Hotel is a short taxi ride to the nearby railway station and then 2 stops to Disneyland. The buffet breakfast is excellent and the Hotel is a true 4 star and can be fully recommended.

We had to cancel 2 nights stay at our Paris hotel due to protest. We booked this Holiday Inn CDG so we wouldn't miss our flight. Never stay at this area before so I went through many hotels reviews and this hotel has the most positive reviews plus good price point with FREE shuttle to airport! We booked this hotel for 3 of us the beds are very comfortable, the sofa bed was out and ready for us that was a pleasant surprise. The shower was great hot and cold water pressure, quietness of the...

What an absolute treat. The little ones loved the play areas, swimming pool and friendly staff. The knights suite we stayed in was a real adventure

Easy parking great staff and amazing food!

Lovely boutique hotel, friendly staff, clean, modern rooms. Breakfast was good, croissants/bread/cereals/fruit/yoghurt etc. Area was relatively quiet but several good restaurants within a few hundred yards. Right next to metro stop.

Our room was extremely clean (I also work in a hotel, so I was really surprised by the cleanliness). The beds were small but comfortable and the staff were really sweet and helpful no matter the time of the day. I will definitely be coming back if I ever need to. 10/10

Ended up here because my flight from CDG was cancelled. It's a convenient no frills hotel ideal for the occasion. The staff were helpful.

Only needed a hotel for one night and booked this hotel on a wim. But possibly one of the best decisions I made on this short trip. When I arrived, the kind lady at the front was already expecting me. She helped me with parking (because despite it saying it has free parking, it doesn't but plenty of places nearby to park). Afterwards she gave us our keys and the staff took us to our rooms. The rooms were so cute and very clean. Great view, great rooms, great staff. Despite having the whole day...

NICE HOSTEL WITH EASY TRANSPORT CONNECTIONS TO CITY CENTRE. CLEAN AND TIDY. NICE AND COOPERATIVE STAFF. EASY TO MOVE AROUND. PLENTY OF SHOPS AND SUPER STORES. PLENTY OF DINING OPTIONS. EVERY THING ON WALKING DISTANCE. VERY CONVENIENT LOCATION. METRO STATION JUST AROUND THE CORNER. OVERALL NICE HOSTEL AT GOOD PRICE.

I booked this at the last minute due to snow-caused flight cancellation. Arrived after midnight but check in was fast and courteous. Bed was bit too firm for me but was grateful that at least it wasn't the airport floor! My onward flight was cancelled again next day the very helpful receptionist gave me late checkout and free wifi all day at no charge, printed my boarding passes, and called a taxi for me when I had to go. Having experienced the dreadful customer service of Air France on this...
