As soon as we walked in we notice AC was not working and at a 95 degree weather plus humidity, it was very uncomfortable being inside the room. Also the bed had bed bugs and sheets were dirty. In addition there were spiders and a lizard in the room. We were there for approx. 2hrs and decided to stay at another hotel. All of this was reported to the person in charged and to Expedia. Horrible experienced!

The room was not in sleeping and resting conditions. I checked in on June 3rd and checked right out. I explained to the receptionist that there was a lizard in the room and the bed sheets were soiled, there seemed to be mice poop in the pillows. I showed it to the receptionist and she said, it was roof dust but the whole room looked disgusting and dirty. There were open cracks in the room floor where more insects or rodents could get in the room. The AC wasn’t working properly either and not acceptable for Bacalar’s hot humid weather. I open a refund claim with Expedia but my claim was denied. I never spent a night in that place and checked right out same day. Do not reserve this place, it will ruin your vacation.

La ubicacion es buena. La cabaña es muy básica. Las sabanas tenian manchas, olian a limpio, pero ya necesitan ser reemplazadas. Si solo vas a llegar a dormir y bañarte, me parece que es bastante adecuado el lugar. Sin embargo, si eres de los que les gusta estar en la habitacion en el dia o levantarte tarde, despues de las 10am hay mucho ruido y no para como hasta las 7pm, tengan en cuenta que de ahi salen los tours y hay mucho movimiento de gente todo el dia.

Falta mantenimiento

Falto limpieza, había muchas termitas en el hotel y el baño olía a drenaje, de igual forma, la instalación estaba vieja y deteriorada, lo rescatable fue la ubicación, perfecta y muy cómoda

Los baños de la habitación sumamente incómodo porque está súper pequeño de ancho tiene como 89 centímetros y de largo como 139 centímetros de tal forma que bañarte o hacer sus necesidades es incómodo ya que tienes que estar con la puerta abierta porque no cabes si la cierras

Agradable en la mayoria de los aspectos. Tiene muelle particular, estacionamiento, si uno gusta puede contratar el Tour ahi mismo, renta de kayak, motos acuaticas, a pie esta como a 5 minutos el centro donde hay restaurantes. El cuarto esta bien te lo entregan limpio, cuenta con baño y regadera, NO cuenta con agua caliente, NO cuenta con caja de seguridad, NO cuenta con frigobar, cuenta con internet(lo cual a la fecha de escribir esta reseña NO habia mucha gente era temporada baja anexo esto porque la velocidad del internet era aceptable) , cuenta con TV stamrt (para ver Netflix, Disney , Youtube, etc) , SI cuenta con clima, lo malo es que es una cama casi individual para una pareja pero asi se dueme juntitos igual :D , el servicio de limpieza al cuarto deja un poco mas que desear ya que tu tienes que ir a solicitarlo al igual que shampoo y jabones, mas sin embargo tu puedes ir a recepcion y con gusto te los dan. En cuanto al personal de limpieza me ubiera agradado un poco mas que ellos se acercaran a ti para ofrecerte el servicio, claro si tu vas y les dices no te lo van a negar, como observacion con mucho gusto te dicen que SI . Cuenta con un restaurante. El personal de recepcion muy amable en todo momento y te apoyan en todo lo que este a sus manos claro. En lo personal me agrado la experiencia, al final son cabañas NO es un hotel, tienes bastante privaciadad en la cabaña. Si eres alguien que esta acostumbrado a cuartos lujosos de hotel este lugar NO es para ti.

Papitos Cabaña rústica

La cabaña se mueve con el aire. Se oye todo lo de la habitación de junto y las personas que pasan por la calle tomadas y cantando. No hay agua caliente y no hay un aviso en la reserva al respecto. Muy caro para lo rústico que esta

Place is good and beautiful. Have in mind that these are cabins, some spaces are limited. Living space is good but the bathroom area is kinda small. View from the cabin area is awesome. Staff is super friendly.

El lugar está muy bien ubicado, en el centro del pueblo, con vistas a la laguna muy lindas, el personal muy amable especialmente la chica de recepción, y aunque las cabañas están hermosas, la mala limpieza de las mismas demerita el lugar, hay telarañas de siglos en las sillas y el techo, la ducha horrible de sucia y la puerta se caía y a nuestra cabaña venían los chicos de seguridad de la entrada a cargar sus celulares en el conector del portal sin preguntar, pedir permiso algo muy molesto pues siempre estaban timbrándo ya que nuestra cabaña era la más cercana a la entrada
