"The Hyatt Place Fort Worth is a nice hotel in a great location if you are spending time at the Nytex sports complex! The staff was helpful, rooms were quiet and the included breakfast was good. We booked a 2 queen bed room but they didn't have any left when we got there so my 6'2" son slept on a pull out couch which was not ideal."

"The room was dirty. Dust all over shelves and bathroom counter had stuff all over it. The elevators were horrible and didnt work one night. Lots of false information like the price of valet parking, no room service or reward member welcome bags. "

"Place is average. Radisson properties used to be better and now they’re just average. I was here just for a conference. Place is very outdated and you can tell from the outside before you go in. Would I stay here again—No, because I could pay a little more and get a better hotel. Staff was very nice and work hard but ownership needs to invest in bringing this facility to the year 2026."
