"Excellent location and clean. Good restaurant for dinner and breakfast buffet is a highlight. Communication from staff to customers can still be improved about whether breakfast is included in the room price. Would be even better if the room had a bath tub. Sauna is good. "

"We had a lovely stay. Our room (panorama with twin double beds) was very comfortable. Shower was excellent and we loved the new inclusion of chairs on the balcony. The pool does get busy, but is big enough to accommodate everyone. The pool bar with drinks and snacks is also great. The Dorsett is also in close proximity to the Star which has a yummy dumpling place and cafe. There was some construction happening across from us, but it was not too loud. We loved it here and would stay again. "

"Stated off on a bad note, Lobby was busy and stuck with two clients for sometime and only one desk was seeing too the line, so on check in the wait wasn’t great, otherwise my own check in was fast once seen. Staff did apologise and were lovely. Beautiful room, clean and very beautiful.did also get upgraded. Room service was great and fast too- easy to use the QR code in room To order .only would love some more desert options in the menu . Check out fast and parking was validated ( did pay the fee to include parking on booking) Harvest bar breakfast was great too, lots to choose from ( did also pay for this on booking ) Overall would definitely stay again "

"Best features of this property are its proximity to the airport, it’s 24 hour reception, the views of the runway and it super speedy room service. Couldn’t ask for more for an overnight layover."

"I loved my stay GREAT PRICE ! I loved my room a self contained studio it was amazing very comfy king bed lounge , big tv , desk and the kitchen was so cute with an espresso machine , mini upright dishwasher , microwave , cooktop and everything u need for cooking . WOW!! Had a cute balcony table and chairs . Indoor and outdoor pool , outdoor pool average size but did the job. Hotel staff SO NICE , I’m definitely going back. xx"
