I paid for breakfast and it wasn’t on the booking leading to an awkward morning but it was charged back to room and sorted at check out. Pool is cold- more an fyi for other people. Was a nice area otherwise. Would stay again"

"Upon arriving in Auckland best and convenient way to hotel would be the super shuttle. They are very reliable. Hotel was located only 15 minute walk to habour and a stone throw away from CBD including 2 blocks from the sky tower. Breakfast was average, needs to be improved especially the quality of the fruit and the chef needs to make omelette better, not too good, apart from that everything else was fine. "
