Super comfy bed, nice quiet room at end of corridor. Breakfast had a good selection, addition of hot cross buns was a nice touch. Hotel was very busy, we chose not to dine there in the evening, not far away are many fast food places and a supermarket. Overall the property is a bit tired, but great amenities and bonus late afternoon/ early evening walk around the little lake path saw a lovely sunset.

The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and efficient, we love the quiet atmosphere and beautiful views of the Panmure Basin.
