Nice hotel and we enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was good with nice choices, but Fruit wasnt the best bananas always brown and fruit looked pale.... Parking is right next door but expensive and no discounts for hotel guests. location was fab and staff very friendly. We would stay again. Room was cleaned and tidied every day. Only bad part was the water pressure is very weak

Bed was very comfortable and bathroom was well appointed. Nice shower, too. This property is an easy walk to the ferry! Took ferry to Waiheke for day. It was delightful! Especially enjoyed tour of tunnels with our guide Ezra.

Nice stay. Staff were able to help us resolve a double booking which was our fault. Breakfast a bit pricey but typical of inner city hotel. Only there for two nights so did not check out the other amenities.
