"I found the room and things in general to be very good, The only thing was at the arrival desk. The receptionist took quite a long time to check me in. I was very tired and had to show proof of my identity after showing him proof of my booking. Was this really necessary?"

"The staff is very friendly. The room was very clean. We did the breakfast buffet and it was really delicious and had a lot of options to choose from. We arrived very early in the morning and the staff brought our suitcases to a secure room till our room was ready. The room was available earlier than announced.
