"It was amazing! Super convenient to transportation! There was a mall right next to it as well. Suler friendly staff as well. It was so quiet and clean so it was good for families! I would totally stay again! Oh and a coin laundry and drying. "

"The unit was near a subway station, a market and two convenience stores which made breakfasts easy. Getting to susukino is a bit of a trek but if you’re from a big city this should not be new. Take into account travel time and take taxis where subways cannot reasonably take you. The kitchen was bare-bones but enough for temporary use. There are two dining chairs that are wobbly and need fixing. Otherwise the unit was fine to stay in for our purposes. "

"After multiple phone calls the hotel never picked up, or responded to the WhatsApp number. This was particularly annoying because they never sent us the room code leaving us unable to get into the room for over two hours. Once they called us back we were able to get into the room, which clean and exactly as advertised. "

"Absolutely loved the hospitality at the hotel. Staff went above and beyond to make us feel cozy and comfortable. Room was spacious, breakfast each morning was delicious, fire pit on the rooftop was inviting, pizza from the bar was wonderful. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who is thinking of traveling to Sapporo. "
