The property was amazing and the hospitality was amazing specific to mention Rahul who has served us at midnight ( sandwiches) as we reached late night . We extended our stay because of the hospitality extended. Very nice and humble staff at reception. Would surely like to visit again.

Comfortable stay.

New hotel, clean and lovely staff. Lots to do including spa, and easy access to sights. As it’s new, staff were still getting used to policies and we were told slightly different things vs. Booking (meal plans) but Lilly (restaurant staff) did everything to make us feel comfortable - pretty much make anything we wanted ! Our stay in May 2015 was amazing, there was 4 of us, one from UK, one from India, one from Oman and one from Indonesia, we are all good friends and often travel together. The hotel location is very good as it is only 2 km from the beach, but away from the hustle of the markets and built up city. Staff was very friendly, and quickly action upon on any feedback. Rooms were pretty decent, I liked it. Dinner was excellent and breakfast was average. Swimming pool can be improved mainly its cleanliness. Overall excellent stay.

Excellent value with a great discount. Very quiet, bound bound to be hectic during peak season. Restaurant served excellent food and generous portions. Only downside is that it is off the beaten track, which suited me just fine, so transport is a must.

A very nice hotel resort: the hotel room was spacious and clean, looking into the pool. The staff were friendly and attentive. Wifi was included in the room rate and accessed at the lobby at Reception. The hotel is not by the sea but is within easy reach of a couple of beaches and Arpora is convenient for restaurants, grocery stores etc. A very pleasant stay.

Stayed for a few days to relax after sightseeing with our daughter and this hotel was ideal. Very clean, staff couldn't do enough to help and the buffet breakfast was very tasty.

This is a great hotel. The staff were friendly, our rooms were always cleaned. It's not far from the beach but you do need to take a cab there. I would defiantly go back there.

Overnight stay with family

We really enjoyed ourselves. I will be bringing my family there as they would love it. But for our party of 5 girls it was easy to get there. Staff at the beginning of the check in was good as they mentioned timing of breakfast. And as we were tired from our journey and was late for breakfast, they still accommodated us. I booked this hotel on Expedia and surprisingly found the hotel to exceed on our expectations. Hotel is constructed on more than 100 year old Portuguese building. Food was excellent. Hotel staff was very good and courteous. Ambience of the hotel is very good. Rooms are pool facing. Rooms and washroom are very big in size.
