I stayed at property for 6 Days with my family. It was really a good experience with Zabeel House By Jumeirah. Staff is very polite and helpful. They took care of all my needs during the stay. Breakfast was good with lots of options. It's located near Dubai Internet city metro station , Dubai RTA bus stand is just opposite to the hotel. There is a supermarket at the corner. I enjoyed all the facilities like swimming pool , Gym . Room service is fast.

Everything about the hotel is great. The only thing I would say is be aware of the location. It's a 20 minute walk to the Dubai Mall which is fine if you are in good health and mobile. And if you want to use the metro system it's probably 45-60 minute walk to that. Dubai is very spread out so if you want to see The Palms, The Marina it's a 45-60 minute taxi ride. The free bus service offered by the hotel is great but only runs twice a day. Other than that the hotel is top notch.

Security were excellent especially Juma and proboti they were all good. Staff purani dehli great service. Mr Azhar cannot thank him enough along side hamza and basit. We are a family with under 3 toddler. The hotel was super for everything, clean, friendly staff, very helpful and polite. Even in the event of coronavirus, the hotel made perfect arrangements to ensure safety of guests. The hotel is ideally located immediately next to Marina mall and many restaurants, plus the wonderful marina walk. Highly recommended and excellent value.
