"Grand du Lac was an absolute standout and easily one of my favorite hotels during our time in Vietnam. The location is wonderfully central, putting you within easy reach of so many places; whether we felt like strolling there on foot or hopping in a quick Grab ride, everything just felt convenient. But what really made the stay special was the staff. Friendly, attentive, and genuinely warm, they remembered us and greeted us each time we returned. They even reached out via WhatsApp to check if we needed anything, which was a thoughtful personal touch that made us feel truly looked after. If you’re looking for a hotel that nails both location and hospitality, Grand du Lac delivers on every front. We can’t wait to come back :)"

"This was an excellent hotel, I think we got very good value for what we paid - we got a pretty good deal. The location is excellent, right in the middle of the City so very walkable. The size of our room was very large, and the AC worked very well. The building itself is obviously older, but all of the technology, plug adaptors, etc. was all very modern."

The location is fantastic—very central, with many attractions, restaurants, and shops within walking distance. Having direct access to the mall was an added convenience. We were generously upgraded from a room to a suite, which made our stay even more comfortable. The staff were consistently kind, helpful, and respectful throughout our visit. The breakfast selection was excellent, and it quickly became something we looked forward to each morning. A great experience from start to finish!"
