Top Ấp Dừa Hotel Reviews

Hotel Majestic Saigon

Hotel Majestic Saigon

8/10 Good
"The staff were outstanding, particularly the doormen and cleaning/hospitality staff. The room was cleaned on the surface but the edges in the bathroom and entry had inground dirt which was not pleasant. I did not feel we received good information/service at check in. It took me days to work some things out - like how to get room service, laundry information and the restaurant situations. There was no information in the room regarding the rooftop bar and a seafood restaurant outside which did not exist. There was also no information about the massive construction taking place across the road across the Saigon River. I lost many hours sleep. Whilst it was suggested I could change rooms, a walk around the hotel showed that the noise was the same everywhere. The bed size was great however it was extremely lumpy and hard."
