Easy access to central Nagano on frequent bus routes to the main JR station and 600m downhill to the local Denetsu station at Zenkoji for a day out to Obuse."

"This ryokan was built 160 years ago and had a charming historical atmosphere. Our room accommodated four persons comfortably with air conditioning and we were welcomed with a pot of tea and treats in our room. We thoroughly enjoyed the onsite onsen for a peaceful, relaxing and private experience. The location was convenient for those visiting Zenkoji Temple and the surrounding shops. Many restaurants and shopping within walking distance."
