"Staff were amazing! Shuttle to Broadway was convenient and there was an option to use bikes provided by the hotel. The room was a great size and we had a mini fridge upon request for no fee. Our experience was great and I’d definitely stay again. "

"We actually switched to the Hyatt because we didn’t like being in East Nashville. Was good for one night but we were staying three and wanted to be in the mix. 5-8 min walk to shopping,Broadway, restaurants and tourist attractions (National museum of African American music is a can’t miss in Nashville - incredible). Staff was great, beautiful hotel, great pool, great gym, kids loved it - especially the escalator. Lol. Complimentary cookies in lobby that they grabbed multiple times. We ate in the restaurant as well several times. Great breakfast - lots of healthy options. Great cheeseburger and fries. For whatever reason I haven’t often stayed with Hyatt but am definitely converted. Did try to go to roof lounge but it was being used for a private event. It did look nice, though. "

"The king suite was very nice. The mattress is really firm, but that is excellent for people with bad backs like me. The pool area was so nice. The outdoor area to eat was quite nice. We enjoyed the live entertainment at night."

"I’m a very picky person, especially when it comes to cleanliness. This property was amazing at how clean it was. The breakfast and the area for the breakfast was spotless. I felt very comfortable there. It’s just a few blocks off of Broadway very easy to walk and you could a great deal of savings in price. I would highly recommend this hotel. "
