"To be extremely blunt this should not be a hotel available on hotels.com, it's dirty, the descriptions are all false and we understand from locals it's more a rent a room for an hour sort of place, we left thirty minutes after arriving and checked into an alternative clean hotel. We are still waiting for our refund as well. "

"Even though we booked 2 night's stay, we stayed only for 8 hours. Check-in was in afternoon, and we informed the hotel about our late check-in due to international flight late arrival. We checked in at 3 a.m. (almost 13 hours late), still room was not ready or clean. After numerous requests, toiletries were finally provided at 9 a.m. Breakfast was also not at all satisfactory.
