"This is by far the worst experience the room had a smell of mold like old mold. We walked in the room and the pillow cases dirty, the bathroom door knob broken like literally the room in general was in poor condition the bed was hard and the floor was dirty. To be honest we didn’t even want to stay but it was so late that we had no other choice. Won’t be staying here again."

"I had originally booked the holiday inn for mine and my daughter’s Disney trip. When we arrived at the holiday inn I was really disappointed and I was able to book the Hilton. As soon as we arrived at the Hilton I knew I made the right choice. Check in was amazing. I told the staff member what happened and she upgraded my room to a Disney view and gave me free breakfast! The room was amazing, the hotel was amazing. They have a shuttle service through a 3rd party that takes you to Disney! I can’t say enough good things about this hotel."

"Location is great, about a 8 minute walk to the park. We stayed in a renovated room, the beds were clean ill give it that however, the bathroom was not. I found multiple hairs in the tub and toilet. The room walls were very thin, could hear the neighbors talking so loud in the middle of the night, the AC would randomly turn off and make the room super hott then wed hsve to turn it on again. The water pressure for the shower was terrible, and the tub width is very small. I would stay here again for convenience purposes only because I have a toddler but not worth the price we paid. They also charge $30 for early check in, which is fine.. but our room was already ready and available and still charged us. Barely saw staff cant really comment on them but were nice at check in."
