"This hotel is fantastic. We would definitely stay there again. The staff are kind and helpful, the ground floor is welcoming and cosy, our rooms were surprisingly spacious but also well designed and incredibly comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and the afternoon snacks and all day beverages were both yummy and helpful with jet lag. It’s in a great location and nice area, highly recommend. "

"Lovely hotel in fantastic location. All staff were very friendly and professional, nothing was too much trouble. Our canal view room was worth the extra expense and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Bathroom was newly refurbished and very modern. Food was of good quality at breakfast and one dinner in the restaurant, if a little on the expensive side. Would definitely stay at the Ambassade Hotel again. "As a business and leisure traveler, one learns to appreciate the 5-star service from staff in hotels and restaurants. The Neighbour's Magnolia offers a very convenient location, I had selected a small room which was perfect for my stay, buy I received the attention as I had a presidential suite. It has the tram at only a few meters away and you can walk to all attractions in old Amsterdam. Will definitely stay again."

Then we were led up the narrow stair case to our room and I nearly cried. Many weeks and seven hotels throughout Europe and this one was UGLY. Think motel 6 1970’s at 40x the cost. But. It was the most comfortable bed and pillow of anywhere we had stayed. The location is amazing. And the desk people were really nice. Four days and I think all the maid ever did was drop...
