"My stay here was absolutely delightful. The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was light but still delicious and fulfilling. The property looks and smells clean through and through. I literally had no complaints. I appreciate the staff for taking care of me and my kids and honoring our request in a timely manner. In the event I have to visit Jersey again, I will definitely choke to stay here!"

"We arrive 15 minutes early and was told our room would be ready in a short time, it was an hour later. We expected to use the hotel shuttle to go 3.3 miles away to the Meadowlands sports complex and was told that’s not an option, even though it is advertised on the website."

"Parking was safe and easy. Breakfast? I was told it started at 6am. I waited until 6am to get on the road because I wanted to take a cup of coffee with me. At 6am there was nothing out, not even coffee. The person getting it ready in the back room was slow. She saw me waiting and said nothing. The sink drain was clogged. The shower did not work well. The tub drain had 90% of the water coming out of it and 10% came from the showerhead. There was no way of fixing it."
