Excellent stay. Safe area and clean room. The parking garage team is not directly affiliated with the hotel and they could definitely use some better communication skills. I would definitely stay here again.

A decent stay and pretty central to everything! The hotel is definitely on the older side and in need of refresh; but, the staff were pretty friendly and helpful. The hotel room did have a musty smell to it though; but, on the bright side the bed was really comfortable.

This was the 3rd time I've stayed at this hotel. The staff was very nice and helpful. The rooms each time were clean and spacious. 2 of the times we stayed we attended concerts at the Prudential center which made our concert experience even better with it being attached directly to the concert venue. We will definitely be using this hotel for future stays!

The hotel itself the stay was good we stayed here before no complaints and very welcoming. But the parking garage attendant when we checked in was very rude and disrespectful. I made a complaint at the hotel desk upon checking in and they informed me that he does not work for the hotel and other guest were also complaining. The parking lot garage is shared with the Prudential Center. When we checked out it was a different parking attendant was very polite and pleasant.
