All the staff are so friendly and will do there utmost to make your stay special. The rooms are lovely & spacious. The airport return transfer was superb. It’s well worth going to there restaurant as the food and service was fantastic & you only have to walk across the road to it. "Lovely Moroccan experience deep the in the heart of the Medina. We took the option of the hotel organising transport from the airport and I am glad we did. I am a good Google Map reader but this Riad would be difficult to find at first, which in my opinion adds to the charm of the place. The staff were very helpful and I would recommend this place. "

"Room was so adorable, very clean. Staff were extremely friendly, attentive and professional! We were welcomed with mint tea and pastries! They booked in room massage for us too! Had dinner there, food was outstanding and made a fire to keep us warm! Location was great and nothing bad to say. Definitely a treasure for the price!"

"We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Riad Karmela. The staff, including Fatima Ezzarha, both our drivers, everyone working at breakfast and generally around the hotel were so kind and hospitable. They went out of their way to make sure we had a comfortable stay and support with delayed baggage and our very curious young son. Fatima Ezzarha, who had her hands full multi-tasking the entire time we were there, was so calm and helpful - she made us feel like we were the only and most important guests in the hotel. We've stayed at many riads in Marrakech and the breakfast is stunning and absolutely unrivaled. We will definitely be back! "
