"The hotel didn't have my reservation when I arrived and I had to wait a while, even after showing management my confirmation. Hotel is gloomy and room condition is poor. Stains on walls, bathroom amenities poor, shower curtain dirty, very disappointing. Staff is also not very welcoming. Breakfast is next door at restaurant, mediocre. Eggs and pastry and coffee."

"Nice place , and nice stuff"

"Great hotel, clean and staff is amazing"

"Good hotel for one night prior to a group tour. Pool was nice. Restaurant was mediocre (breakfast and dinner). Check out the area. Several beautiful gardens within walking distance."

Great people at reception especially Fatima who was most helpful on my arrival & showed me good cafe’s & how to get places."

"Very friendly, welcoming staff, lovely clean room and a great selection for breakfast."
