All staff were really lovely and helpful, breakfast was fresh and reallly good, not much of a choice (mostly bread, honey, marmalade, pancakes and eggs with usual tea/coffee), but fresh and very tasty. On arrival greeted with drinks and traditional treat
We got a room with a hot tub - the hot tub was in fair condition - it wouldn’t say great condition though and needed some TLC!
Room was generally good with everything you needed
Activities were plentiful and very frequent - the activities team were great at getting everyone involved. My personal favourite activity was balance board yoga in the pool
The gym was a great and well equipped for a hotel gym!
The animals around the hotel were lovely to see - tortoise, peacocks etc. "
