Very convenient location in the town near the souks and the square however can be shady and unsafe at night. Staff are very attentive and friendly. Property is clean and tidy

A lovely stay to finish our trip in Marrakech. The hotel is beautiful, particularly the pool area and the staff are very attentive. It was great to kick back and relax and have the option to have food and drinks at the poolside. The location is great, a short walk from a taxi drop off point, as well as being very close to the wonderful souks and shops. We felt very safe staying here! It is much larger than the other riads we stayed on during our trip, that were a little more peaceful. But still felt like a calm oasis just off the busy streets.

Rich in culture, friendly staff and very clean. Could not have chosen a better place! To improve I’d suggest adding safes and fridges to rooms, but other than that - I’d go back!

This hotel and staff were remarkable. Had 4 day stay staff and vicinity was beautiful surrounding shopping places. Easy diner. It was a wow moment. Hotel itself and friendly staff highly recommend 10/10. Will visit again 100%.

The riad is beautiful and the same as in pictures. It is very well located inside the medina but close to leave to take taxi. Bed is not really comfortable, AC was not really cooling compare to the high temperatures in the city and the restaurant too slow is better to go eat somewhere else.

The pool was beautiful and so refreshing after a day in the heat. The Riad opened straight out into the markets and was a 5-min walk to the main square and restaurants. The staff were very helpful. The rooms were small but functional - limited storage space. Taxis are unable to drive to the door of the Riad so will need to walk for 3 min

Beautiful Riad, however my room (109) was close to the staff entrance. Staff coming on shift early morning, chatted with each other, which wakened me up. Room was spacious but the box which was the clothes hanging area was too small and shabby. The room needs a fridge, to keep bottled water chilled.

We upgraded to a deluxe room, which was more spacious. We were glad we had a room away from the pool, as I imagine you would be disturbed by noise, even though the pool area was closed by 11 pm. The customer service was attentive and helpful with any issues or advice we needed. Breakfast was okay, but I was glad of the air conditioning as it was 40°C and worked well. Top tips: - Take a travel hair dryer as you have to borrow from reception. - Ear plugs. - Prepare for a hard bed mattress. - Pool cold but refreshing - Pizzas ace . Our teens loved them along with the juices

Hotel was very clean and the downstairs lobby area very beautiful. The rooms were very basic with not enough storage. The breakfast was excellent ok. Not a lot of options and not executed well.

Excellent stay in Palais Moulay Said. Ideally located a few minutes' walk from Jemaa el-Fnaa Square and the Bahia Palace. The location is perfect for exploring Marrakech on foot. The welcome was warm, the rooms comfortable, and the setting typical and peaceful. I highly recommend it!

Pool was filthy the day we arrived, and closed for cleaning all day the following day, so we were disappointed to have paid extra for an accomodation with pool that we couldn't use. The breakfast was crowded and had the ambiance of a busy cruise ship. Of all the options in Marrakech, there must be better offers.

Good Riad, mixed feelings

We had mixed feelings with our stay at this hotel. We were initially given a nice room opposite the restaurant but it was too noisy every night till midnight, and during the day. We were then moved to the third floor room and this was a bit more private and quiet. However, the room had damp walls, rugs were dirty (like not been washed for years) and shower set up / cubicle was poor. Will water flowing into the rest of the bathroom floor, so we had to put towels. But we put up with it. The breakfast was good quality food and tasty. However, it was very much the same thing every day. It would have been good if they changed it and served more fruit. The Riad generally was beautiful, quite central to all the tourist sites and a 5-8 minute walk from Jamaa el-Fnaa square. The staff were excellent, kind, friendly and try hard to make sure guests were happy. Overall, I think I is a great place to stay, but we were a little disappointed with the rooms we were given.

I would avoid where possible. Staff were friendly and welcoming but this is one of the only compliments I could give this Riad. For a 3 night stay we only had hot water from the shower for 1 wash. The pressure of the water trickled out. Our room consisted of a very hard mattress and pillow and a rack with 6 hangers to hang our clothes on. No draws or shelves. There was a problem with the swimming pool, they were trying to fix it all day which meant laying by the pool was stressful. Due to the pool not working properly, water was cloudy and not particularly clean. Breakfast was nice but if you got there 30 minutes before closing they don’t refill what’s empty for you. Very disappointing - we didn’t choose our hotel wisely.

Mitten in der Einkaufsstraße sehr zentral gelegen. Viele gute Restaurants in der Nähe. Das Personal ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Selbst als wir erst mitten in der Nacht ankamen, wurden wir herzlich empfangen. Das auf den Zimmern kein Fernseher vorhanden war, störte uns reichlich wenig. Wir waren eh immer auf Tour. Wer es nicht ist, ist selber schuld. Die Klimaanlage war dagegen viel wichtiger für uns. Alles in Allem ein toller Aufenthalt.

The staffs were friendly and very accommodating. They have good choices of food for breakfast. I love the Moroccan vibe/style of the hotel. Hotel is close to everything. Walking distance to the night market. Overall, highly recommend.
