We had the most memorable and enjoyable stay with John on our way down from Lake George back to New York City. We were met with the warmest welcome. It was like staying with an old friend in a house you always look forward to visiting. I can highly recommend a stay here if you are in the area or not.

Really good hotel. Excellent condition and well located for downtown. Great room with sitting area. Loved that we could connect to our online streaming services, ie Netflix and watch things in the room. Restaurant served good food (including breakfast) with great service. There isn't much choice downtown and so it was good to have the hotel to fall back on. Only minor point was when we asked for our room to be serviced in the afternoon and it still didn't get done for a few hours despite a...

Stayed at the Latham TownePlace Suites for two weeks when visiting the NY Capital Region. The first room I was given stank of Cigerette smoke, but thankfully this was rectified by great staff by a room change, many apologies and free rein of the hotel shop for whatever I needed for an evening! The second room was just fine, and once I was there it were comfortable and clean, and a joy to return to after a busy day exploring the area. The shower was good as well, but noticed that the water has...

Great room really comfortable bed got the best
sleep I have had in a while, decided I must need a new mattress at home. Room and bath were very clean. Also a good view of the River. Highly recommend the hotel.

Fantastic hotel close to freeway and lots to do. Hotel is very new but bar is a bit pricey. Some issues guests were having at check in but mine was fine. Rooms large bright and very comfortable.
