The hotel is beautiful with friendly staff and clean rooms, the facilities are clean, modern and all working. Could not recommend the hotel enough!

I was apprehensive about traveling with my 19 month daughter for the first time, but as soon as we reached the hotel my fears were diminished. The hotel, the staff, the private beach, pool area, gym, sauna steam room were all amazing. They even have a kids club/crèche where you can leave your kids (we had to stay with our daughter as she was under 4). Wi fi was available Throughout the hotel room and all its grounds inc the beach. Checked in with Joey who was so nice welcoming and quick. Room was nicely layed it and amenities very helpful. I wish they update the rooms with bigger smart tvs.

A lovely clean room with excellent variety for breakfast. Convenient location and easy to grab a taxi from.

Clean, relaxed atmosphere, friendly staff. Good location.

Fantastic place I would recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Abu Dhabi. All staff here were fantastic, special thanks to Rose who looked after me in the SkyBlue bar she is lovely and Guru at the pool who is such a happy chap! I know the hotel doesn't want to be a 5 star but I've been to 5 star hotels in UAE and this tops most of them. The hotel has all the facilities you can want and everything such as food and drink is reasonably priced. You get value for your money here. The rooms are...

Nasir - amazing front of house Omida- always polite and helpful Mohammed porter - always huge smile super helpful Shamila at breakfast- always paying attention

The Liwa staff are friendly, helpful and professional. The lobby and rooms are very clean. The kitchenette had an oven, microwave, fridge and washing machine, all very clean and in good working order. Although the furniture is a little old, it's clean and comfortable. The bed was also very clean and comfortable. The bathroom was also very clean and the shower was very good. Room service was excellent. The Liwa is very close to Abu Dhabi Mall, so it's very convenient. Thank you.

Great hotel - excellent service, great breakfast, outstanding Indian restaurant. Pool was good but in need of a facelift... otherwise an excellent stay and would thoroughly recommend.

Great stay here - all the staff went above and beyond to be helpful. Rooms are excellent and breakfast is delicious!! The hotel even made an event of my birthday with a cake surprise in the bar and balloons in my room. Will be back here on my next trip to Abu Dhabi
