Sublime Property, Service and location

Was an amazing experience

This hotel had a very nice vibe and lovey atmosphere. The staff were very good and friendly and allowed me to check in early too. The pool area is very nice to chill. Many good restaurants and good shopping mall a few mins walk away. Also the metro is very close a 2 min walk away too. Use exit 4 at the metro for the hotel. They also have a airport shuttle, which unfortunately didn’t pick me up despite them telling they would at 15 past every hour. I wasted 45 mins waiting for it then had to...

Just an amazing stay so friendly and attentive staff. Excellent value for the price! Clean modern and great location.

Everything about the hotel is great. The only thing I would say is be aware of the location. It's a 20 minute walk to the Dubai Mall which is fine if you are in good health and mobile. And if you want to use the metro system it's probably 45-60 minute walk to that. Dubai is very spread out so if you want to see The Palms, The Marina it's a 45-60 minute taxi ride. The free bus service offered by the hotel is great but only runs twice a day. Other than that the hotel is top notch.

Really friendly, helpful staff and great location.

I loved the cleanliness and attention to details in the hotel and rooms. The breakfast team was amazing and always catered to my Vegan diet but unfortunately, out of breakfast I couldn’t enjoy the other restaurants in the hotel because of the lack of Vegan options. The hotel itself and its facilities are beyond incredible in my opinion, just have more dietary options available for those of us who are Vegan!

Unbelievable hotel, everything was just 10/10. From the room to the food absolutely stunning. Best hotel I’ve stayed in

This is an absolutely beautiful and stunning resort, my husband and I needed a break and we normally book The Jumeirah or Mandarin hotels in Dubai. The service from all blew us away. It’s a huge property so it never feels busy, the spa is amazing as well. We are already looking to book in the new year.

Great location, central to the Burj Khalifa/ Dubai Mall & the Palm. Very near the metro, easy to get cabs/ Uber. 20 mins from the airport. Great pool area on the roof with good views over the city & to the coast/ Burj Al Rab. Reasonable prices, good breakfast served until a very civilised 12 o’clock. Recommended.

This was our 7th trip to Dubai and have always stayed in top end hotels. We believe this is the best so far. We simply could not fault the level of service , cleanliness and facilities the hotel offers. We had private transfer included to and from the airport which is always a nice feature particularly in a spacious BMW. Our room was ready immediately so no waiting around until lunch time which is often the case in Dubai when you get the early flight in. We particularly want to mention the...

The staff were fantastic, every where was so clean. Club lounge amazing

A family of four. Two teenagers in their own room. We booked two executive ocean rooms in the Al Qars . The upgrade was excellent value as your picked up at the airport, you can eat and drink in the executive or premium lounge and you have your own concierge. The staff all call you by your name and they genuinely make an effort to be personal and authentic. Manju an Indian boy in the executive lounge at level five was great and so were everyone we came in contact with. We ate at Shimmers, the...

I have just returned from 5 nights at the Jumeirah Dal Al Masyaf, Dubai I wanted somewhere special for my husbands 40th Birthday so turned to Trip Advisor for help. It was rated number 1 so booked for that reason. The number one spot is well deserved. We were treated like royalty from the minute we arrived. We booked a King Summerhouse and was allocated Room 4 Villa 14 (overlooking the waterway). The room itself was spacious and clean. The reason I marked cleanliness as a 4 and not 5 is...

Our stay in Jumeirah Creekside was fabulous, we stayed in a club room which was very spacious! Very pleased with this hotel.

Perfect place to stay in Sharjah Pros 1. Nearby city center, waterfront 2. Quick check in and kind 3. Great view 4. Four elevators enables quick room access 5. Sweet indoor swimming pool 6. Gym with essential equipment 7. Delicious breakfast with good view 8. Delicious welcome cookie Cons 1. Light switch in the room is kinda complicated to use 2. Motion switch under the bed sounds quite annoying I would totally recommend this place to stay and I’ll stay again.
