"I honestly don’t know where to start wallah, my experience at Jasmine Hotel was incredible. The rooms were very clean, and having 24hour housekeeping and room service made everything so easy. The location is also very convenient, not far from the Haram and close to Makkah Mall. What truly made my stay special was the staff. "First of all, the hotel hygiene was terrible the whole week I stay there nobody come to clean the room. Second when I call the receptionist they don’t answer the phone right away, and they took my clothes for the laundry service I requested and they had it for 3 days my room is very dirty and when I ask them they say we only do it in early morning so I stayed in the dirty room which can affect my health and well being.
