كل شئ جميل باستثناء طلبي لوجبة من مطعم الفندق و كانت دون المستوي

This is very nice hotel. We stayed at the family suit and had 3 bedrooms to ourselves without any interruptions. The staff was really nice and helpful people from front desk were always available to guide us. The only thing we weren’t happy about was the bath room door didn’t lock and the shower water came out every time the master bathroom shower was used. These issues can be overlooked when the service is good. The location was nice as well lots of shops and 2 shopping malls nearby. You do...

Very nice

The hotel was nice, basic, free shuttle to Al Haram, nice staff, towels provided on arrival. Just it would be helpful to add a proper location on Google maps and exact address as few taxi drivers had problems finding it.

Looking forward to see again. Perfect stay

The most amazing hotel in Makkah at a walking distance from Haram and direct 2-3 mins walk to gate 79. Amazing staff , really make your stay comfortable and feels like home

Good

Everything was great it just would’ve been better if we had the possibility to take one bus instead of 2 to reach masjid al haram

Stayed here for a total of 6 nights. This is an amazing hotel with ample space inside. Beautiful scents are spread using a bukhoor machine every day and the rooms are impeccable. I had no issues whatsoever and the staff were amazing. The staff were really kind and friendly and they even sorted out my problem when the AC was not working well in one of my other rooms. They had given me another room with a great view of the external area of the haram.

Fantastic hotel with fabulous breakfast and very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent location. My 2nd stay (8 nights both times) at this hotel and the overall service was top draw. The breakfast was a big 10 for both variety and quality.

Best hotel in Mekkah. Conveniently located next to Kaaba. Prayer room on top I great as well.

Dont have anything bad to say about the hotel or staff. Excellent location and great room. Only negative was that I found the mattress too soft, which is not ideal for the back. I guess its personal preference. Would definitely book the same hotel again.

Brilliant all rounder

Good location, close to Masjid-e-Haram, shuttle bus service, friendly staff and clean and close to local shops, restaurants.
