"The view from the roof is beautiful and there is good service at breakfast. However, when I arrived, I was moved to a room to the hotel next-door. A room that was a lesser quality than what I booked at Hayat. Also, they gave me a SIM card which I kept refusing- when I went to return it the boy that cleaned my room had stolen it. The front desk people are pushy and would not take no for an answer. "

"Like too many hotels, they give you only a heavy duvet to sleep under, then turn off the AC sometime during the night."

"Superbly situated hotel, close to the pyramids complex and a short distance from the Grand Egyptian Museum. Hotel staff were all exceptionally friendly and helpful, even helping us replace luggage which got broken in transit! Airport transfer went very smoothly. A special hotel and great experience. Only minor drawback was the noise from the street outside at times could get noisy. "

"Perfect location. One foot closer and you’d step on the sphinx’s paw. The restaurant on the roof gives an incredible view of the pyramids (postcard type of photos). Great staff as well. I will definitely comeback to this hotel!!"
