We have just returned from a 5 day stay with our 5 year old son. The hotel is gorgeous with spacious rooms and very clean. The beach club is very nice, the cabanas offering welcome shade from the heat. The beach and sea are also very clean and sea with plenty of space. The staff in every area of the hotel were outstanding, always a smile and happy to help. They were especially friendly to our son who enjoyed the attention and now thinks everyone he came into contact with is now his friend....

There was a delay in my on-line booking coming through. However Youness and his colleagues at the reception went out of their way to get it sorted and ensure we had a great stay. The sauna/spa facilities were well looked after. Loved the stay.

We had never been to Abu Dhabi before, although had been to Dubai a couple of times. We looked at a few hotels before deciding on the Sofitel, based on other reviews that we'd read. When we got there, we were not disappointed. We had requested a room on a high floor, and mentioned that it was our wedding anniversary. We were welcomed with a drink at reception, and escorted to our room by the very attentive staff, and when we entered, we were stunned to see that the staff had prepared it with...

If looking for 5star maybe not for you but looking for excellent value for money accommodation then this is pretty perfect. No far from beach, kitchen could maybe have been better equipped. But great having fridge, cooker, washing machine, kettle etc. Was cleaned every day, really cant complain Cheers

An excellent holiday in this outstanding hotel located in the best location in Abu Dhabi. There is a great choice of restaurants, and the best staff you will find anywhere. One of the many reasons we keep returning.

The hotel is beautiful with friendly staff and clean rooms, the facilities are clean, modern and all working. Could not recommend the hotel enough!

Friendly helpful staff, clean well maintained property, excellent food choices.

Excellent location, friendly and helpful staff Gym facilities could have been more up to date Breakfast was busy and not as strong selection of food as restaurants in evening

Great

WB Hilton was an amazing stay from start to finish. The brilliant, friendly entire team, from reception through to poolside breakfast and cleaning, were all super super amazing. A special thanks goes to Mavin at poolside, who really went that extra step to look after us, pulling in additional shade umbrellas, keeping the cool boxes topped up with water and towels ready and prepped on the loungers for all five of us. We appreciated that he came forward to help us, without even being needed to...

Absolutely love everything about this hotel, it’s my second stay there definitely will come back again ❤️

The staff are so polite and willl go out there way to help you with everything to make your stay amazing. Special mention to ashrad from the team at the pool, Ahmed and the breakfast team and leakat in housekeeping. There daily helpfulness, warm greeting and smile made the stay.

2nd stay at the W, the hotel is beautiful, but the staff make it special, a special shout out to the wet deck team who always go above and beyond to make the experience special, well done guys

Immaculately clean. Within 5 minutes walking distance of WB World and Yas Waterpark. Yas Mall and Ferrari World about a 10 minute walk but may be too hot to walk in summer. Staff were all very friendly and helpful but especially Million on reception.

Fantastic trip with husband and two young kids. Excellent choice at breakfast, we upgraded once there to have dinner included which was also amazing….dessert bar is just far too tempting! Lovely pool with lots of lifeguards present. They made such an effort with my two boys too. Room was good even though sadly not much view as looked onto Etihad stadium. Not a big deal but pool would have been nicer! Theme park tickets were an amazing bonus…I thought we were just getting one family ticket for...

Fantastic place I would recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Abu Dhabi. All staff here were fantastic, special thanks to Rose who looked after me in the SkyBlue bar she is lovely and Guru at the pool who is such a happy chap! I know the hotel doesn't want to be a 5 star but I've been to 5 star hotels in UAE and this tops most of them. The hotel has all the facilities you can want and everything such as food and drink is reasonably priced. You get value for your money here. The rooms are...

Great choice at breakfast, good size pool, the residence is a boon, having a fridge, cooking, and laundry facilities.
