Staff were very friendly and helpful especially Agyemang who looked after us well whilst we had a long wait for a friend in the foyer. Our only complaint was it was very cold. I don`t think they needed the fierce air-conditioning in November when the temperature outside was just perfect."

"The5 x dining restaurants are very good , the Irish bar with live music and sky sports is great. The staff throughout are very helpful and friendly. I stayed in the Suite Room and it was very nice..
