"Small apt., which was perfect for me. Everything was clean. There was a floor fan which was badly needed, given the summer heat. And the tube stations were close by. All perfect."

"Staff were always helpful, polite and friendly. The room was clean and had a small fridge, safe and a TV. The bed was extremely comfortable. Bathroom was very compact, there was always hot water. Two towels were provided although each one not big enough to cover one’s òbody.

"I’m a regular at the Landmark but this is the first time I had a room upgrade. The suite was very impressive so I enjoyed my stay even more than usual. Dinner in the winter garden never disappoints either. Great staff, great hotel, will be back again soon! "

The Evelator on the West Wing was a bit tricky and they didnt re stock my room on our last 2 daus but upon request it was done promptly.
