Every thing was just perfection , from the hotel staff they couldn’t do enough for us , they remembered our names immediately, the rooms clean and beautifully furnished with all mod cons , just totally elegant cannot wait to return.

A beautiful hotel in a quiet part of Paris, but within 10 minutes of bustling shops and restaurants. The staff spoke amazing English and were so helpful. The room was stunning and we even had a view of the Eiffel Tower! The breakfast was lovely and filling and I can definitely recommend the crepes with fruit salad.

Hotel West End is en excellent option if you are looking for a luxury boutique hotel in one of the best locations in Paris. What you don’t get are some facilities which would be found in large luxury hotel chains, however this is more than compensated by the attentive personal service provided by this excellent hotel. We stayed in in a Delux room and this was as good as any 5 star hotel room we have stayed in; three large windows opening onto traditional balconies and a view of the Eiffel Tower!...

Beautiful hotel Cannot believe i didn't use the pool,it looked stunning. So many Paris highlights around the corner. Only niggle was the a/c,cannot ever really get rooms to cool down,why is that!all hotels it seems. Quality place nevertheless !

Great hotel 2 minutes walk from Champs Elysees. Very nice spacious rooms. Great welcoming staff. Would definitely stay again although we didn’t get the free upgrade for gold members (which we are!).

Superb quality of service, attention to details is amazing. A wonderful stay. The staff is extremely helpful, the rooms are nice. The location is perfect and so central while the hotel itself is quiet.

This is a very nice hotel in a quiet lane off the Champs Elysees. Champs Elysees is about 300m from the hotel. The hotel rooms are big and spacious. The bathroom has a separate shower stall which is quite wide and comfortable and big bath tub with Jacuzzi type jets. The bathroom is pretty big by Parisian standards. We had a great 2 night stay at this boutique hotel. Nice, quiet rooms, modern facilities and a 1min walk to the Metro. There’s a cracking bakery around the corner for breakfast. Dining at L’Artoise authentic French restaurant just a 1min walk along the street was the highlight of our stay. Not rip off prices and authentic French cuisine with the best glass of Bordeaux I’ve ever enjoyed. I’ll definitely be back at this hotel on my next trip.

A fantastic little hotel ideally situated to allow you to walk to most sights in Paris, literally 5 minutes walk from the Champs Elysee, approx 10 minutes from the arc de triomphe. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, they helped book tickets for us as well as the usual taxi requests and there is a lovely little bar to have a glass of red in after a long day walking around Paris. We included the breakfast which set us up nicely for the day. We would definitely stay here again
