"This place is a scam. Party of 5 landed and arrived at “hotel” at 7 pm. No one was there to check in. We had a random person help us to call the number on our reservation and the lady who answered said they cancelled our room (booked and paid for!!) still trying to get our $ back. "Very disappointing experience. We were moved to the Galleria and did not stay at Emily Hallmark as originally booked. There was no pool access, which was a major issue as we have kids.
