"The Blake Hotel was VERY clean and the staff were all very kind and welcoming! Everyone we encountered was pleasant and helpful. The only criticism I would have is that the hotel restaurant and rooftop lounge was not open on Sunday. This left us having to Doordash 2 meals. It would be great to have a small menu of light meals (premade sandwiches, salads, etc) to have on site. Dinner at the restaurant Saturday night was very good. "Of the two franchise properties that are close to each other I preferred Southport. The only potential negative is the location. Greenwich has a superior location but the facility isn’t as nice. "

"I don’t know how anyone can give this property less than 5 stars. The management company was extremely responsive and helpful. The building and apartment were immaculate. The place has everything: free parking, large gym, movie theater, golf simulator, and even a duckpin bowling alley! If I was childless and moving to New Haven, I’d consider a unit in this building. "

"Stay at Omni is usually good. Great staff great service. Property needs some TLC, tub is flaking. This time around elevators to parking garage were under construction but signs everywhere advising so some forward planning with luggage is needed."
