"Hotel staff doesn't speak English, no lobby entrance to elevator. They burned incense everyday and very suffocating. Kitchen wares dirty and cabinet was broken. Housekeeping is good and generous with bottle water. Bathroom is always flooded with water after bath but they give extra towels. We paid $7 per day and there was only egg and breads, nothing else. I want my money back for the breakfast that we didn't eat."

"The views from the rooms are amazing. The on shore trips excellent, and so informative. The staff exceptional, all willing to help and so attentive. Had the most fun squid fishing and watching the staff cook their catches. The food was so plentiful and so flavourful. I have never had so many courses, of wonderfully fresh foods."

"The reception staff, especially Mai Tram and Thanh, were very courteous, professional and helpful. The room, though small, was very functional. I really appreciate the free laundry of one set of clothes per day if you are staying more than 3 days. The Japanese breaksfasts served in the morning were delicious and the portion was just right. One suggestion: add an anti-slip mat in the bathtub."
