"Do the employees sleep? The ladies that checked us in during the evening were the same ones serving the guests breakfast! Not only that but they were beyond amazing at both! The hotel is a bridge away from the train station, so an easy 5 minute walk. It is also 5 minutes to the main bus/taxi area to and from the airport. There are lots of hotels in Venice but when we come back we will be staying here again! "

"As you expected in Venice, property is very old - 500 yrs old - and room is also very old. However, they did their best to make it clean and did some remodeling on bathroom. Staff was nice and very friendly and helpful. We didn't have any issue with hotel and room itself - simply it is old and outdated but has a large & clean room. They offered breakfast option but we didn't take it as we has another plan to have breakfast elsewhere. Around facility, a lot of shopping and dining avail....
