"This a new hotel and the staff is not conversant in English. Do not recommend for non-Chinese. I have Chinese friends who helped me. Room and bed were great, breakfast is very Chinese not Western. Due to construction it is not easy to find."

"Overall, our stay is good, the room is clean and the breakfast buffet has very few options but is ok. But checking out was a disaster. When we headed down to the checkout counter, we were told to just leave the key and go. Because we had a 7,000RMB pre-authorization deposit, I asked for the bill. Turned out we were charged for my sister's room even though she booked on her own. ( we explicitly asked to not charge the two rooms together when checking in). Because my sister had left two days...

"Shower area leaks into the bathroom, creating deterioration in the wall. Overall, still the best hotel and good value in Luotuo area. Convenient to several restaurants and shoppping. Not a dig on the hotel, but rather the area-no taxis. You must have DiDi or some other ride service app. "
