"Lady receptionist was abusing clients, don't know mannars how to behave with guest.only thinking about payments. Room service was pathetic ... this is not at all resort just a guest house we got cheated thinking its resort as they put the name like Ancora beach resort. "First 6 days no hot water. Got room changed after finding cockroaches in room. Plaster was falling of the wall, stains all over walls.
