I was really surprised by this place. I haven't stayed in a BW in years, but it was quiet, nice staff, clean, and decorated appropriately for the southwest. We would stay here again.

Nice hotel, loved the free coffee service in the lobby. The surrounding trees on the property gave it a "lodge" sort of feel. The steak house was convenient but their steaks don't hold up to their prices. We only spent one night after a day at the Grand Canyon and that worked out great.

This property is in a quiet area west of the Williams Business district. I love the peace and tranquility of the grounds. The onsite steakhouse is superb as well. This was my 4th stay at this property and i look forward to returning again in the future.

The place is wonderful, I would go back just for the breakfast, one of the best free breakfast that I have ever had.

I appreciated their squeeze bottle soaps / shampoos rather than wasting small shampoo bottles.

There's not much to do in Williams, but with that being said, if you're visiting the Grand Canyon, having a safe and clean place to stay is important. Honestly, while in Williams, I won't stay anywhere else. And the breakfast can't be beat! While we were there, some fire alarms had issues, but the staff handled it smoothly and without hassle. So grateful for this place to stay.
