"We were there for 5 days. Since our arrival their yard stole my heart. It is beautiful, like an oasis, quiet and a good place to relax since they have 2 pools on the property. The room was a bit odd to me since the bathroom didn't have a door so it was like an open space, but overall i liked it and i was very impressed by the cleanliness of it and also the towel folding that the housekeeping does. "I would have given it 5 stars but I had the worst experience ever at the check in. I arrived at 1:10pm and got a room by 3:30pm. On top of that they gave me a king bed for 3 kids instead of the two beds I requested and their key system didn’t work to open them until 5:30pm. It took away valuable time. At the check in there was a very bad verbal fight between guests and employees due to the waiting time. It was traumatic. I am glad that my kids fall asleep in the waiting are and didn’t noticed...
