At least they quickly refunded our money but we were left to scramble to find another hotel during the cab ride from Cancun to Playacar. We’ve never had anything like this happen before!"

"We were there for 5 days. Since our arrival their yard stole my heart. It is beautiful, like an oasis, quiet and a good place to relax since they have 2 pools on the property. The room was a bit odd to me since the bathroom didn't have a door so it was like an open space, but overall i liked it and i was very impressed by the cleanliness of it and also the towel folding that the housekeeping does. "This was a great stay, amazing pool and easy beach access. Little bit strange when they needed to come in to photograph parts of the condo because it was in process of being sold but overall a great experience and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Would suggest they make it clear that you should enter at Corosol sign, we used apple maps with the address on Expedia which led us through not the greatest area but again really nice stay overall if you aren't needing the all inclusive experience "

"My husband uses a cane to walk, the Elevators were not working the 6 days we were in hotel. Other than that the Ladies at the Front office were very hospitable, friendly & very nice. Maria is an awesome singer. We loved her voice when she sang at the restaurant next door! I highly recommend this Hotel!"
