Had to shift rooms due to inoperative locking door. Took hotel over an hour to do the right thing. Additionally, not a safe hotel for foreigners and women in particular. Lots of partying, live band in lobby, numerous men and I did not observe another female or any families during my stay. Definitely would not recommend.

The room wasn’t kept clean. Inspite of reminding them to put hand towels in the bathroom I had to call for them every day. The AC didn’t work had to get the maintenance into the room at least 3 times. The money they charge for the room is not worth it. I feel cheated.

Close to all shopping malls. Bathroom needs a bit of updating. Need to walk away from hotel to get a Taxi. Restaurant food was good. Road in front of the hotel is still dirt road, should be a paved road.

Location good and rate very competive.
Friendly attentive staff and food book options throughout the day. However not really enjoying the benefits of the Club Lounge extra I chose to pay for. Some of paintwork especially in areas around bath in need of rennovation. Good choice of shopping nearby.

Disappointing
Room was not clean upon check in (found long strands of hair attached to the base of coffee table), same with the bathroom, room floor had footprints over it. Asked housekeeping to clean room again (also showed all to them). Went out only to return to find the footprints had been wiped away but the hair were still there (very disappointing, especially after showing them this). Bathroom was cleaned. Finally the following afternoon I informed front desk that the fridge in the room doesn’t work (showing them my bottle of water, which was absolutely warm). Although one receptionist said she would get the fridge replaced another receptionist tried to justify that the fridge is only keep items at room temperature and it’s not a freezer. Obviously I had to inform him that his now talking absolute nonsense (if a fridge is only to keep items at room temperature then it would not be needed in the room, you can just leave them anywhere and it be the same temperature). Please don’t treat your guests as idiots, take on board what they are saying and try to rectify it, that is the right thing to do. Just to add not really sure if the fridge was replaced as it didn’t work either.

My recentt stay
Hotel was OK - WiFi was not very good and had difficulty connecting - bed very hard which is not my preference - staff very friendly though - breakfast was good with lots of variety.

Not as good as last timr
I have stayed here a few times and have let my customer book for me and got a reasonable room. This time I used Hotels.com and the room a lesser quality. Stained and dirty chair for example. I asked the reception to book a airport taxi and she was less than helpful. Lot sure I will stay here again expect the fish restaurant was fabulous.

Staff needs more training in hospitality. Very loud music on 31st Dec night due to party happening in the hotel. Inconsiderate to the the guests staying in the hotel. Room smelling of cigarettes. Asked to change the room but was told that the hotel is fully booked. Bathroom was very dark (not sufficient natural light or the light bulbs). Bath tub not clean.
