Very noisy. Room was mostly clean but not in the best part of town. No resort fees is always a plus. Staff was friendly.

I paid for a non-smoking room. When I got there, I was told they were sold out, and all they had left was a smoking room, which stank. The hallways smelled like Marijuana, and the vending machines were broken. On the second night, there was NO parking in the parking lot. I had to park behind the hotel in a sketchy neighborhood. The music was blaring from the restaurant so loudly that it was difficult to sleep. The staff didn't seem like they could care less. I will NEVER use this hotel again.

I am sorry that our service didn't meet your expectations. Unfortunately, the room was reserved as a smoking room. The hotel does its best to accommodate smoking preferences. We can't always move a reservation once its been booked as the opposite preference. This was one of those times the hotel was full and we couldn't move to the preference at that time. Thank you for mentioning the music being so loud that you could hear it in your room. We will be looking into that issue immediately. Saturday night was a big fight in Vegas which caused the parking issue. Again we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

The workers were super friendly and helped us when we wanted to extend our trip and they were all booked up! Definitely will be coming back

My review more than the service/stay is about something very odd that happened. Regarding the service and hotel itself, is not bad at all if you're looking for an affordable place. The food from the restaurant/casino adjacent was good. My husband and I booked this hotel from April 26 - April 30. On Sunday April 28th, I received a call to the phone in the room from front desk at 2:00 AM. The call woke me up, so I answered it. It was a woman asking me if we wanted to extend our stay and basically add Sunday night. I explained to her our check-out wasn't until Tuesday to which she said oh and hung up. I stayed up for 2 hrs thinking how odd that call was. That same night (Sunday) I went to the front desk and brought it up. The lady I spoke with said she didn't know who called but that they don't call guests at that time unless there is a problem/emergency and that they never call to offer to extend a stay. She said she would bring it up to the manager. I asked again a different person the next day, but she knew nothing about it. We left without knowing who made the call or why did we get that call. Maybe I'm reading too much into it, but I have to say something in me didn't feel safe. I couldn't help but wonder if maybe someone was trying to check if we were in our room. It is a shame but I will not be staying here again because I wouldn't feel safe.
