It was good place to stay my only complaint is 1 night I was gambling and was there for 4 hrs and never once did a server stop and ask me if I wanted a drink they just walked by me as if I couldn’t afford to buy one

Great to say I had the experience of staying at Caesars. Bathroom was outstanding but, the room itself was like any other hotel room. Cheap ass toilet paper. The charges if you used the supplies giving to you was outrageous. You pay $54 a night for amenities but will charge you $20 for coffee Kcups. Come on, they should at least be free

We are working had daily so that the Casino/Hotel is at its best. Make today a great one.
The room is not clean, and they didn’t clean my room, when I asked for body wash, it took them an hour to deliver. The whole experience was terrible.

We love the Ceasars Palace. It is great. We stay here everytime we come with the kids, they love it. Their pools are amazing and I like that they are kid friendly. Staff are very helpful and often upgrade you with no problem. Our flight got here at 7 am and they were able to find us a room by 8:30am

This hotel is beutiful and is still one of the best

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Caesar's Palace but there were a few things that could've been a lot better. I was upset to see that the main pool was out of service for the entirety of our stay. Four out of the six elevators were also out of service and check-in was a long and tiring wait.

No baggage help when we pulled up. I had to make two trips up and down to get bags to the room. Checking in took over 30 minutes and there was throw up on the floor everyone in line had to walk around for the entire time. As I checked in someone finally showed up to clean it up.

The charges for everything are excessive. We were double charged for parking when our ticket was supposed to be for 24 hours. You couldn’t even make a cup of coffee in the room without being charged outrageous prices. Having been to Vegas numerous times, I expected more from Caesars

There were several items in the room that needed repair. Nothing major, but simple stuff didn't work (one of the faucet, the toilet paper holder, a light in the mirror, the phone, no soap, no internet, etc.). I may have just had a bad room, but my individual experience wasn't impressive.

This place was over rated. The pool closed way early the sun is still up and they close off the pool. They had to slippers or robes. Everything was over priced for a standard service. They offered an upgrade which end up being someone else's room and we end up accidently walking into that room. And when we approach fron desk they gave up another "upgraded" room which end up being floors lower. So unsure if it was even an upgrade. The stay was ok. I wouldn't stay there again. All hype average service

Service was great w/exception of one evening at the lobby bar - Caesars, the ole girl, is looking alittle tired, especially pool cabanas, but overall a pleasant stay - bring your wallet, nothing in Vegas is a bargain anymore
