The experience at this hotel is great! We enjoyed staying at this hotel. Alessia was very helpful and she was a great host. The room represents the Tuscan style. I highly recommend this hotel

It felt like home away from home except actually living in a historical building!
The staff were friendly and helpful.
I would definitely recommend this place.

5 star room for a 3 star price

Awesome staff.
Great bed, great shower, very clean. Great price. Location is good to great depending on where you want to be. It was about an 8 min walk to the Duomo, 20 minutes to Uffizzi.
Breakfast was significantly better than the other places we stayed on our trip (Rome, Naples Florence, and Lucerne).
I would return there on every visit.

This was a very lovely place to stay--beautiful rooms in a wonderful location. But we stayed during a heat wave and the A/C only sort of worked. It was hot!

Nice room, good location, avoid late check in

for the complaint of 25 euros we solved with the keyboard at the entrance for an autonomous check in and with a code that we give to the customer only if we are warned in advance
