The best point of the hotel is its location which is very near to New Delhi Railway Station (able to walk in 5 mins), I walked from the hotel to the train station in the early morning at 6.00 am and it's okay. Other than that are no goods. The room is not clean, the bathroom has smell, and it looks like there are construction around the hotel all the time. I am not sure if this is Delhi standard, but I can find a lot better hotel in other city with the same price. (The room wasn't look like in the picture at all) The surrounding area of the hotel was dirty and not comfortable to walk pass. Overall, this hotel was for getting of the train (closed to both railway and metro) for shower and quick sleep and quickly get out to catch another train for me. Not recommend for girls. โรงแรมอยู่ใกล้สถานีรถไฟและรถไฟฟ้า เหมาะสำหรับคนเดินทางตอนเช้าหรือดึกมากแล้วต้องการเดินไปรถไฟ ไม่เหมาะกับการพักผ่อนหลายวัน ทั้งตัวโรงแรม ห้อง และบรรยากาศโดยรอบค่อนข้างสกปรก ไม่แนะนำสำหรับครอบครัวและทริปผู้หญิงล้วนค่ะ

When I arrived they said they didn’t have my booking, even though I showed them my information from expedia and had been conversing with them over email about getting an airport pickup. Checking in took a very long time and involved multiple people and phone calls before it was cleared up. Also wifi was nor offered all day.

I communicated regularly with the hotel staff beginning several weeks before my arrival. They responded quickly and I sent my arrival information as I reserved a car to pick me up. No car showed up! After arriving to the hotel, the did not have my reservation and walked me to a “sister” property which was the worse hotel I had ever scene. I refused and walked back with my luggage to the Pink. Strangely, they had my reservation in there system, even though I showed them the printed copy before. They said they released the room because they did not know my fight was delayed, even though I sent regular updates via the secured message system. I was scheduled to arrive at 9:30 pm on a Saturday, but instead arrived at 10:00 am on a Sunday. They then walked me directly across the street, 15-ft wide, to another hotel. It was better, but still very poor. I accepted it because I was exhausted and my stay would be brief.

The staff was helpful but the rooms themselves were not clean. The towels and bedding were unwashed and the air conditioner in the room did not work. There was no hot water and the sink leaked.

Worst stay ever!

Paharganj is a hotbed of dreary hotels but this one takes the cake for worst hospitality ever. To begin with, we booked a triple room. On arrival, we were told that they had allotted that room to some other guest and we were offered a room in another hotel/annexe. We refused and insisted on a room in the same hotel. They finally gave us two different rooms and guess what, there was a cat in one of those rooms! BAD hospitality, no hygiene, rooms that haven't been probably had a proper cleaning in years. A/C wasn't switched off even though we specifically told them to before we left for dinner. On our return, when we went to the reception to ask why the aircon wasn't yet switched on, they gave us the lamest excuse ever - they switched on the ACs in the wrong rooms supposedly! DO NOT trust the pics you see on here or any other site. The rooms are nothing like it, you won't even get the basic comfort of a good night's sleep. Even the touts outside New Delhi's railway station will make a face when you mention you have a reservation at Pink City!! AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!

Awesome stay in Hotel Pink City

Awesome stay in this hotel location is very good, just 3 minutes walking distance from new delhi Railway Station. Hotel staff is very nice and helpful. They also have in house travel desk make a same day Agra with good price. Mr. Anand is the person who take care of the property. I always stay in this hotel
