I was not overly impressed with the Hilton Curio Starling. It was a very nice hotel, but not like other Hilton Curio properties. It was dark and low dimmed lighting. Lots of construction next door. Bar & Restaurant were beautiful and casual, food was good. Atlanta has a young vibe mix. This hotel needs music in the rooms as well as in common areas. I miss room service Maybe that is a post covid thing? Food was good but “delivered” from downstairs kitchen in bags and took an hour or more.

The communication with the staff and management were all horrible. The valet service process was horrible. This property is in a great area but they need to hire employees that care to provide excellent customer service. I was there to celebrate a Birthday and host events and I’m still awaiting a call to finalize things which the party was a week ago . Also, the cost to valet in the hotel is ridiculous.

I did not like that they did not have any hand sanitizer anywhere. But overall very good condition
